Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email khanhphatcji2r@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products like intimates, accessories, or items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund your order promptly.
